Vice Chair Spendlove called the meeting to order at 7:42 a.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Hall moved to approve the minutes of March 5, 2015. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Barlow and Rep. Redd absent for the vote.

H.B. 435         Obesity Report (Rep. E. Hutchings)

Rep. Hutchings explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:     Rep. Thurston moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Barlow absent for the vote.

H.B. 448         Disabled Adult Child Guardianship (Rep. F. Cox)

Rep. Cox explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:     Rep. Ray moved to return H.B. 448, "Disabled Adult Child Guardianship," to the Rules Committee with a recommendation that the bill be referred to interim study. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Thurston moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Vice Chair Spendlove adjourned the meeting at 8:44 a.m.
