Chair Draxler called the meeting to order at 2:07 p.m.
H.B. 98 National Guard Death Benefit Amendments (Rep. P. Ray)
Rep. Ray explained the bill to the committee, assisted by Major Aaron Drake, Legislative Laison and Chief Counsel, Utah National Guard.
MOTION: Rep. Daw moved to replace H.B. 98 with 1st Sub. H.B. 98. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
H.B. 10 Initiative and Referendum Amendments (Rep. B. Greene)
Rep. Greene explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Arent moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
H.B. 103 Department of Administrative Services Amendments (Rep. C. Oda)
Rep. Oda explained the bill to the committee, assisted by Ken Hansen, Deputy Executive Director, Department of Administrative Services.
MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to replace HB 103 with 1st Sub. H.B. 103. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Daw moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
