Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m. and announced that SB 58 would not be voted on today.

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to adopt 1st Sub SB 12. The motion passed unanimously with
Sen. Adams, Sen. Davis, Sen. Okerlund,
and Sen. Weiler absent for the vote.
Sen. Mayne explained the bill to the committee.
