Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m. and announced that SB 58 would not be voted on today.

SB 12 Passenger Carrier Requirements (Sen. K. Mayne)

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to adopt 1^st Sub SB 12. The motion passed unanimously with

Sen. Adams, Sen. Davis, Sen. Okerlund, and Sen. Weiler absent for the vote.

Sen. Mayne explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to pass 1^st Sub SB 12 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Adams and Sen. Okerlund absent for the vote.

MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion was withdrawn.

SB 40 Utah Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act Amendments (Sen. L. Hillyard)

Sen. Hillyard explained the bill to the committee.

Sen. Bramble explained the bill to the committee.
