Chair Vickers called the meeting to order at 2:17 p.m.

Sen. Vickers relinquished the chair to Sen. Christensen.

S.B. 50 Health Code Repealer (Sen E. Vickers)

Sen. Vickers explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen Christensen moved to replace S.B. 50 with 1^st Sub. S.B. 50, “Health Code Repealer.” The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Vickers moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

Sen. Vickers resumed the chair.

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Vickers adjourned the meeting at 2:23 p.m.
