Chair Madsen called the meeting to order at 2:18 p.m.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Thatcher moved to approve the minutes of the January 27, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Escamilla absent for the vote.    

 

S.B. 90         Falsification of Information in a Protective Order Proceeding (Sen. A. Jackson)

 

Sen. Jackson explained the bill to the committee.

S.J.R. 10      Joint Resolution on Education for Law Enforcement Professionals (Sen. K. Mayne)

 

Sen. Mayne explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:  Sen. Urquhart moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:   Sen. Thatcher moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
