Chair Madsen called the meeting to order at 2:18 p.m.
MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to approve the
minutes of the January 27, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with
Sen. Escamilla absent for the vote.
S.B. 90 Falsification of Information in a Protective Order Proceeding (Sen. A. Jackson)
Sen. Jackson explained the bill to the committee.
