Chair Dayton called the meeting to order at 2:09 p.m.

Chair Dayton announced SB0092 would not be heard.

SB0099 Financial Transparency for Political Subdivisions ( D. Henderson)

Sen. Henderson explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Jackson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with

Sen. Escamilla, Hinkins, and Thatcher absent for the vote.

HB 0049 State Liability Protection for School Employees (C. Oda)

Sen. Oda explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Jackson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Escamilla absent for the vote.

HB0059 State Armory Board Amendments ( V. Peterson)

Sen. Peterson explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Chair Dayton moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with consent.

SB0046 Veterans Affairs Amendments (V. Peterson)

Sen. Peterson explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with consent.

SB0095 General Obligation Bonds Amendments (L. Fillmore)

Sen. Fillmore explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to move the bill out favorably. The motion passed

unanimously with consent.

HB 0021 Election Revisions (S. Eliason)

Rep. Eliason explained the bill to the committee.

Spoke to the bill: Ricky Hatch, Weber County Clerk Office, Ogden, UT

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out favorable. The motion passed

with Sen. Hillyard being absent for the vote.

MOTION: Sen. Jackson moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
