Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 4:38 p.m.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Mayne moved to approve the minutes of the January 29, 2016 meeting.  The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Adams, Sen. Weiler, and Sen. Davis

                     absent for the vote.    

 

H.B.  13      Alcohol Beverage Event Permit Amendments (C. Oda)

 

Rep. Oda explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Mayne moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis absent for the vote.

 

H.B.  33       Fire Prevention Board Membership Amendments (J. Dunnigan)

 

Rep. Dunnigan explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Mayne moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis absent for the vote.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Okerlund moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar.  The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis absent for the vote.

 

H.B.  34       Business and Labor Interim Committee Report Amendments (V. Peterson)

 

Rep. Peterson explained the bill to the committee.

 

 

 

 

MOTION:  Sen. Mayne moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed unanimously.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Okerlund moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar.  The motion passed unanimously.

 

H.B.  37       Worker Classification Coordinated Enforcement Act Sunset Amendments (V. Peterson)

 

Rep. Peterson explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Mayne moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed unanimously.
