Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 2:08 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Henderson moved to approve the minutes of the February 2, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis and Sen. Weiler absent for the vote.

S.B. 58 Nurse Practitioner Amendments (D. Hinkins)

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to adopt 3^rd Substitute S.B. 58, Nurse Practitioner

Amendments. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Adams, Sen.

Davis, and Sen. Weiler absent for the vote.

Sen. Bramble explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Henderson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis and Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.

MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.

Chair Bramble adjourned the meeting at 2:33 p.m.
