Chair Ipson called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

 

H.B. 155         Reporting of Child Pornography (Rep. C. Hall)


Rep. Hall explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Redd moved to replace H.B. 155 with 1st Substitute H.B. 155. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Eliason, Rep. McIff, Rep. Romero, and Rep. Tanner absent for the vote.

 

MOTION:      Rep. Tanner moved to amend the bill as follows:


 

1.    Page 2, Lines 41 through 42:   

 

41technician reasonably believes is child pornography.

42   (2) (a) A computer technician who  in the course of employment for compensation  views an image on a computer or other electronic

 

The motion passed with Rep. Roberts voting in opposition.

MOTION:     Rep. Eliason moved to pass H.B. 155 out favorably, as amended. The motion passed with Rep. Roberts voting in opposition.

 

H.B. 120         DUI Enforcement Funding Amendments (Rep. S. Eliason)

 

Rep. Eliason explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Eliason moved to replace H.B. 120 with 1st Substitute H.B. 120. The motion passed unanimously.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Eliason moved to amend the bill as follows:

H.B. 191         Interlock Restricted Driver Amendments (Rep. E. Redd)

 

Rep. Redd explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Redd moved to replace H.B. 191 with 1st Substitute H.B. 191. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Eliason, Rep. Peterson, and Rep. Roberts absent

 for the vote.

                                   Art Brown, Mothers Against Drunk Driving

 

MOTION:     Rep. Daw moved to pass H.B. 191 out favorably, as substituted. The motion passed with Rep. Tanner voting in opposition.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Daw moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
