Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to approve the minutes of the Thursday, February 4, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 117 Commercial Interior Design Certification Modifications (L. Escamilla)

Sen. Escamilla explained the bill to the committee and a handout was distributed.

Amy Combs, Lobbyist, IDEAL for Utah clarified the bill.

R.K Stewart, Architect, American Institute of Architects, further clarified the bill.

Spoke for the bill: Andrew Riggle, Policy Analyst, Disability Law Center

MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 127 Labor Commission Amendments (K. Mayne)

Sen. Mayne explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Bramble relinquished the chair to Sen. Henderson.

H.B. 72 Timeshare Amendments (G. Froerer)

Sen. Bramble explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously
