Chair Millner called the meeting to order at 2:21 p.m.
MOTION: Sen. Stevenson moved to approve the minutes from February 2, 2016 minutes. The motion passed unanimously with President Niederhauser, Sen. Dabakis, Sen. Madsen, and Sen. Urquhart absent for the vote.
H.B. 40 Agency Reporting Requirements (Rep. Last)
Rep. Last explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Stephenson
moved to pass out H.B. 40 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed
unanimously with President Niederhauser, Sen. Madsen, and Sen. Urquhart absent
for the vote.
MOTION: Sen. Stevenson moved to place H.B. 40 on the consent calendar. The motion passed unanimously with President Niederhauser, Sen. Dabakis, Sen. Madsen, and Sen. Urquhart absent for the vote.
Chair Millner relinquished the chair to Sen. Stephenson.
