Sen. Fillmore assumed the Committee Chair and called the meeting to order at 2:13 p.m.

 

MOTION:Sen. Iwamoto moved to approve the minutes of the January 28, 2016 meeting.The motion passed unanimously with, Sen. Mayne and Sen. Okerlund absent for the vote.
