Chair Jenkins called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m.  

 

S.C.R. 8       Concurrent Resolution Approving the Test and Training Range Land Exchange (Sen. J. Stevenson)

 

Sen. J. Stevenson explained the bill to the committee

MOTION:   Sen. Sen A. Christensen moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed unanimously.

 

 

H.B. 20 Lead Acid Battery Disposal Sunset Reauthorization) Rep. L. Perry

 

Rep. Perry explained the bill to the committee.

 

 

                       

 

 

MOTION:      Sen. Dayton moved to pass the bill out favorably.  The motion passed unanimously.

 

MOTION:      Sen. Dayton moved to pass the bill to Consent Calendar.  The motion passed unanimously.  

 

MOTION:      Sen. Jenkins moved to adjourn.  The motion passed unanimously.
