Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 3:09 p.m. and announced that, at the request of the sponsor, H.B. 36 would not be heard today.
MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to approve the minutes
of the Friday, February 5, 2016 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Henderson absent for the vote.
Sen. Weiler assumed the committee chair.
