Chair Henderson called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to approve the minutes of the February 5, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Dabakis absent for the vote.

S.B. 137 County Option Funding for Botanical, Cultural, Recreational, and Zoological Organizations and Facilities (Sen. B. Shiozawa)

Sen. Shiozawa explained the bill to the committee.
