Chair Vickers called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to approve the minutes of the February 5, 2016 and February 10, 2016 meetings. The motion passed unanimously.

S.C.R. 11 Concurrent Resolution Urging the Rescheduling of Marijuana (Sen. B. Shiozawa)

Sen. Shiozawa explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Shiozawa moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed

unanimously.

H.B. 150 Controlled Substance Prescription Notification (Rep. B. Daw)

Rep. Daw explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed

MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Shiozawa absent for the vote.
