Chair Jenkins called the meeting to order at 8:50

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to approve the minutes for February 18, 2016. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen..Dayton moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to place H.B. 222 on Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Noel explained the bill to the committee.
