Chair Madsen called the meeting to order at 8:20 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to approve the minutes
of the February 16, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Escamilla
and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
S.B. 111 Guardianship – Right of Association (Sen. T. Weiler)
MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved S.B. 111 be replaced
with 1st Sub. S.B. 111. The motion passed unanimously with Sen.
Escamilla and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
Sen. Weiler explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to lift the bill from
the table. The motion failed with Sen. Madsen, Sen. Hillyard and Sen. Weiler
voting in favor of bill.

(Sen. W. Harper)
This bill was not considered.
S.B. 162 Crime Victims Council Amendments (Sen. K. Van Tassell)
This bill was not considered.
MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis absent for the vote.
