Chair Fillmore called the meeting to order at 4:24 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to approve the minutes of the February 19, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 162 Motion Picture Incentives Amendments (J. Peterson)

Rep. Peterson explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Millner moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Millner moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed

unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Millner moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Fillmore adjourned the meeting at 4:27 p.m.
