Vice Chair Westwood called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m.

H.B. 328         Housing and Homeless Amendments (R. Chavez-Houck)

Rep. Chavez-Houck explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Shaleane Gee, Salt Lake County.

MOTION:     Rep. DiCaro moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 291         Working Families Employment Amendments (R. Edwards)

Rep. Edwards explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Jeff Van Hulten, Governor's Office of Economic Development.

MOTION:     Rep. Sandall moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hawkes absent for the vote.

MOTION:     Rep. Last moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hawkes absent for the vote.

Vice Chair Westwood adjourned the meeting at 2:42 p.m.
