Chair Dayton called the meeting to order at 9:11 a.m.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to accept the minutes from February 22, 2016. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Thatcher and Sen. Escamilla absent for the vote.

S.B. 197 Resale of Procurement Item Amendments (Sen. K. Mayne)

Sen. Mayne explained the bill to the committee with assistance from Trevor Shuman, Government Sales Specialist, Wheeler Machinery and Danny Auer, Director of Sales, Wheeler Machinery.

Spoke for the bill:

Mr. Joel Cook, Executive Vice-President, Komatsu Construction

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to replace S.B. 197 with 1^st Sub S.B.197. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to pass 1^st Sub. S.B. 197 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 320 Metro Township Revisions (Rep. L. Christensen)

Rep. Christensen explained H.B. 320 to the committee with assistance from Paulina Flint, White City Township Community Council.

MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Dayton adjourned the meeting at 9:40a.m.
