Chair Jenkins called the meeting to order at 8:07.
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to approve the minutes of February 19, 2016. The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Perry explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed
unanimously
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to place H.B. 211 on the Consent Calendar.

Waste Amendment (C. Oda)
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to replace 1st Sub. H.B. 258 with 2nd Sub. H.B. 258. The
motion passed unanimously.
Rep. Oda explained the bill to the committee.
