Rep. Ward explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Perry moved to replace H.B. 372 with 1st Sub. H.B. 372. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Duckworth, Rep. McKell, and Rep. Schultz absent for the vote.

Sen. Stevenson explained the resolution to the committee with the assistance of John Andrews, Chief Legal Counsel, School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), and Kim Christie, Deputy Director, SITLA. "SITLA-BLM Land Exchange -- Utah Test and Training Range Expansion" and "Utah Test and Training Range Enhancement/Cedar Mountain Wilderness Land Exchange" were distributed to the committee.
