Chair Vickers called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Van Tassell moved to approve the minutes of the February 24, 2016, meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Escamilla absent for the vote.

 

H.B. 252      Intellectual Disability Terminology Amendments (Rep. P. Ray)

 

Rep. Ray explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Van Tassell moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Escamilla absent for the vote.
