Sen. Bramble explained the bill to the committee.

moved to pass S.B. 233 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen.
Escamilla and Sen. Hinkins absent for the vote.

Jackson moved to accept the minutes from Feb. 24th and Feb. 26th
. The motion passed unanimously
with Sen Escamilla and Sen. Hinkins absent for the vote.

Sen. Dayton moved to replace S.B. 227
