Chair Dayton called the meeting to order at 8:02 a.m.

1^st Sub. S.B. 184 Procurement Code Modifications (Sen. S. Jenkins)

Sen. Jenkins explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Kent D. Beers, Director, Utah Division of Purchasing.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to replace 1^st Sub. S.B. 184 with 2^nd Sub. S.B. 184. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 175 Fair Housing Act Option Amendments (Sen. M. Dayton)

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to pass S.B.203 out favorably. The motion passed

unanimously.

S.B. 205 Ethics Revisions (Sen. R. Okerlund)

Sen. Okerlund explained the bill to the committee.

Sen. Stevenson explained the concurrent resolution to the committee.
