Chair Madsen called the meeting to order at 4:14 p.m.
MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to approve the
minutes of the February 23, 2016 and February 25, 2016 meetings. The motion
passed unanimously with Sen. Escamilla, Sen. Weiler and Sen. Thatcher absent
for the vote.
H.B. 114 Controlled Substance Reporting (Rep. R. Ward)
Rep. Ward explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Escamilla moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
S.B. 206 Cohabitant Abuse Procedures Act Revisions
(Sen. L. Hillyard)
MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved S.B. 206 be replaced with 1st Sub. S.B. 206. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Urquhart and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
