Rep. Lifferth explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Oak Norton, parent. Rep. Lifferth distributed "State and Local Money for Education."

H.B. 419 Education Licensing Amendments (Rep. K. Ivory)
Rep. Ivory explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Ben Rasmussen, Utah Professional Practices Advisory Committee.
MOTION: Rep. Fawson moved to replace H.B. 419 with 1st Sub. H.B. 419. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Eliason and Rep. Moss absent for the vote.
