Chair Vickers called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.

MOTION: Sen. Shiozawa moved to approve the minutes of the March 1, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Christensen and Sen. Van Tassell absent for the vote.
