Sen. Bramble explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Harper absent for the vote.

H.B. 0296S01 Transportation Funding Revisions (Johnny Anderson)

Rep. Anderson explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Sen. Harper voting in opposition of the bill.
