Chair Henderson called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.

MOTION: Sen. Harper moved to approve the minutes of the March 2, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Dabakis absent for the vote

H.B. 310S03 Tax Credit Review Amendments (Rep. J. Peterson)

Rep. Peterson explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Harper moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 61S01 Corporate Franchise and Income Tax Changes (Rep. J. Knotwell)

Rep. Knotwell explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Stephenson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Sen. Dabakis voting in opposition.

S.B. 235 Local District Tax Revisions (Sen. L. Fillmore))

Rep. Peterson explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Harper moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
