Chair Vickers called the meeting to order at 4:19 p.m.
MOTION: Sen. Escamilla moved to approve the minutes of the March 3, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Shiozawa absent for the vote.
HB. 340S03 Telehealth Revisions (Rep. K. Ivory)
Sen. Christensen explained the bill to the committee.

Rep. Gibson explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to replace First Substitute H.B. 436 with Second Substitute H.B. 436, Housing and Homeless Reform Initiative. The motion passed unanimously.
