Sen. Hillyard called the meeting to order at 7:47 a.m.

 

MOTION:  Sen. Weiler moved to approve the minutes of the March 2, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis and Sen. Escamilla absent for the vote.    

 

S.B. 226       Civil Actions Involving Law Enforcement Officers or Emergency Vehicle Operators (Sen. M. Madsen)

 

This bill was not considered.

 

H.B. 300S01   Body-worn Cameras for Law Enforcement Officers (Rep. D, McCay)

 

Rep. McCay explained the bill to the committee.
