Chair Jenkins called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to approve the minutes of February 21, 2015. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 213 Agricultural Modifications (S. Sandall)

Rep. Sandall explained the bill to the committee.

Spoke to the bill: Scott Ericson, Deputy Commissioner, Utah Department of Agriculture and

Food

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed

with Sen. Shiozawa absent for the vote.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to place H.B. 213 on Consent Calendar. The motion failed with Sen. Knudsen opposing and Sen. Shiozawa absent for the

vote.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Sen.

Shiozawa absent for the vote.

Chair Jenkins adjourned the meeting at 4:20 p.m.
