Chair Jenkins called the meeting to order at 7:45 a.m.
HCR 13 Concurrent Resolution Urging Congress to Support the Implementation of Utah’s Sage-Grouse Conservation Plan (Rep. Sandall)
Rep. Sandall explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
HCR 12 S01 Concurrent Resolution Honoring Lin-manuel Miranda, Composer of the Musical Hamilton (Rep. Ivory)
Rep. Ivory explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with
