Vice Chair Knotwelll called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m.

S.J.R. 7          Joint Rules Resolution on Committee Bills (Sen. G. Davis) (Rep. M. Noel)

Rep. Noel explained the resolution to the committee.

Sen. Davis spoke to the bill.

MOTION:     Rep. Stanard moved to pass the resolution with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Noel moved to place SJR 7 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

S.J.R. 8          Joint Rules Resolution on Performance Notes (Sen. L. Hillyard) (Rep. D. Sanpei)

Rep. Sanpei explained the resolution to the committee.

MOTION:     Rep. Stanard moved to pass the resolution with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Noel moved to place SJR 8 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Moss moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously and the Vice Chair adjourned the meeting at 12:40 p.m.
