1. H.B. 30 Historic Preservation Amendments (Webb, R. C.)
Rep. Webb explained the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Webb moved to amend H.B. 30 as follows:
1. Page 13, Lines 380 through 382:
380 (2) Each municipality that designates a historic preservation commission shall, by
