1. S.B. 85 Amendments to Child Welfare (Harper, W.)
Sen. Wayne A. Harper explained the bill.
Ms. Charri Brumer, Deputy Driector, Division of Child and Family Services, spoke for the bill at 2:18 p.m.
MOTION: Sen. Vickers moved to pass S.B. 85 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-2.
