Chair Fillmore called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m.

1. S.B. 85 Amendments to Child Welfare (Harper, W.)

Sen. Wayne A. Harper explained the bill.

Ms. Charri Brumer, Deputy Driector, Division of Child and Family Services, spoke for the bill at 2:18 p.m.

MOTION:     Sen. Vickers moved to pass S.B. 85 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-2.

2. S.C.R. 2 Concurrent Resolution on Air Ambulance Providers (Harper, W.)

Sen. Wayne A. Harper explained the bill.

Mr. Guy Dansie, Health Program Manager, Department of Health, spoke to the bill at 2:25 p.m.

MOTION:     Sen. Shiozawa moved to pass S.C.R. 2 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-4.

3. S.B. 32 Child Welfare Auditing Amendments (Davis, G.)

Mr. Darrin Underwood, Office of the Legislative Auditor General, provided background on the bill at 2:31 p.m.

MOTION:     Sen. Knudson moved to adjourn. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-4.

Chair Fillmore adjourned the meeting at 2:36 p.m.
