1. S.B. 98 Excess Damages Claims (Iwamoto, J.)
Sen. Jani Iwamoto presented the bill with the assistance of Sen. Howard Stephenson.
Ms. Bridget Romano, Chief Civil Deputy, Office of the Attorney General, spoke in opposition to the bill.
Mr. Steve Sullivan, Attorney, spoke in favor of the bill.
