1. H.B. 154 Telehealth Amendments (Ivory, K.)


Rep. Ivory presented the bill with the assistance of Ms. Deb LaMarche, Utah Education and Telehealth Network.


Ms. Heather Williamson, Americans for Prosperity Utah, spoke in favor of the bill.


Dr. Holly Bullock, Physician, American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, spoke in opposition to the bill.


Ms. Marina Lowe, American Civil Liberties Union, spoke to the bill.


Ms. Chelsea Hicken, citizen, spoke to the bill.


Ms. Michelle McOmber, Utah Medical Association, spoke in favor of the bill.
