Chair Millner called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to approve the minutes of the January 27, 2017 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

1. S.B. 125 Authorization to Modify Charter School Charter Agreements (Stephenson, H.)

Sen. Howard A. Stephenson explained the bill.

Ms. Cate Klundt, Communications Director , Utah Association of Public Charter Schools spoke in favor of the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Henderson moved to pass S.B. 125 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Millner adjourned the meeting at 4:17 p.m.
