1. H.B. 65 Air Conservation Act Amendments (Schultz, M.)


Rep. Schultz explained the bill.

MOTION:     Rep. Sandall moved to pass H.B. 65 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 9-1-3.

Voting in the affirmative were:

Rep. Stratton, Rep. Barlow, Rep. Chew, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Handy, Rep. Hawkes, Rep. Sagers, Rep. Sandall, and Rep. Watkins.

Voting in the negative was:

2. H.J.R. 3 Joint Resolution Calling for a Convention to Amend the Constitution of the United States (Nelson, M.)

Rep. McKell explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Greg Sheehan, Director, Division of Wildlife Resources.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Chew moved to pass H.B. 67 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 9-0-4.
