Chair Peterson called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m.
1. H.B. 100 Institutions of Higher Education Disclosure Requirements (Coleman, K.)
Rep. Kim F. Coleman explained the bill.
Mr. Spencer Jenkins, Assistant Commissioner, Utah System of Higher Education, spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Owens moved to amend H.B. 100 with Amendment #1.
1. Page 3, Lines 75 through 79:
75to the following information maintained by the board in accordance with Subsection (3):
76 (i) job placement data;
77 (ii)
78 (iii) total costs; and
79 (iv) wage data.
The motion passed with a vote of 8-0-6.

Ms. Wendy Hart, representing several individuals, spoke against the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Owens moved to pass H.B. 126 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 9-1-4.

MOTION: Rep. Fawson moved to replace H.B. 119 with 1st Substitute H.B. 119. The motion passed with a vote of 10-0-4.
