1. S.B. 128 Election Day Notification Amendments (Iwamoto, J.)

 

MOTION:     Sen. Iwamoto moved to replace S.B. 128 with 1st Substitute S.B. 128. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.

3. H.B. 32 Assessment Area Act Amendments (Webb, R. C.)


Rep. Webb explained the bill.

 

MOTION:     Sen. Thatcher moved to amend H.B. 32 with Amendment #2 as follows:

 

1.    Page 7, Lines 186 through 190:      

 

186 (2) [The] Subject to Subsection (4)

, the assessment method a governing body uses

187to calculate an assessment may be according to frontage, area, taxable value, fair market value,
