4. H.C.R. 13 Concurrent Resolution for Public Employees' Benefit and Insurance Program (Dunnigan, J.)


Rep. Dunnigan presented the bill with the assistance of Chet Loftis, Director, Public Employees Health Plan (PEHP).

 

MOTION:     Rep. Hawkes moved to amend H.C.R. 13 with Amendment #2 as follows:

 

0.    Page 3, Lines 61 through 67:   

 

61   (3) modify the HSA-qualified Utah Basic Plus Plan so that:

62   (a) the deductible is $3,500 for single coverage and $7,000 for double and family

63coverage;

64   (b) the maximum out-of-pocket is
