Chair Bramble announced that S.B. 107 would not be heard today.

Sen. Buxton presented the bill with the assistance of Jacob Franklin, Assistant Attorney General, Office of Debt Collection. Jaceson Maughan, Commissioner, Utah Labor Commission, spoke in favor of the bill.

 

MOTION:     Sen. Ipson moved to pass S.B. 104 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.
