MOTION:     Rep. Schultz moved to amend H.B. 96 with Amendment #1.


 

1.    Page 2, Lines 28 through 31:   

 

28   (a) "Gasoline cargo tank" means a tank that:

29   (i) is intended to hold gasoline;

30   (ii) has a capacity of
