1. H.B. 82 Street-legal All-terrain Vehicle Amendments (Noel, M.)
Rep. Noel explained the bill.
Mr. Brett Stewart spoke in favor of the bill.
Mr. Steve Hawkins, Utah ATV Association, spoke in favor of the bill.
Mr. Patrick Reimherr, Salt Lake County, spoke in opposition to the bill.
Mr. Lynn Pace, spoke to the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Duckworth moved to pass H.B. 82 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 9-1-3.

MOTION: Rep. Watkins moved to replace H.B. 180 with 1st Substitute H.B. 180. The motion passed with a vote of 11-0-2.
