MOTION: Rep. Handy moved to approve the minutes of the January 26, 2017 and January 31, 2017 meetings. The motion passed with a vote of 8-0-5.

1. H.B. 58 Direct Food Sales Amendments (Sandall, S.)
Rep. Sandall explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Scott Erickson, Deputy Commissioner, Department of Agriculture and Food.
MOTION: Rep. Wilde moved to amend H.B. 58 with Amendment #1 as follows:
1. Page 2, Lines 40 through 43:
40 (b) "Cottage food product" means a
{
41 (i) produced at a cottage food operation; and
42 (ii) not a potentially hazardous food.
