Chair Henderson called the meeting to order at 2:52 p.m.

Sen. Hemmert assumed the chair.

H.J.R. 6, Joint Rules Resolution on Legislative Procedures (Rep. Dunnigan)

Sen. Henderson introduced 2017 General Session H.J.R. 6, “Joint Rules Resolution on Legislative Procedures.” Sen. Henderson and Rep. James Dunnigan answered questions from the committee.

MOTION: Sen. Millner moved to favorably recommend H.J.R. 6 to the full Senate. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Henderson moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Hemmert adjourned the meeting at 3:01 p.m.
